CloudNiche is a brainchild of Alok Khandelwal, an industry veteran, CRM Consulting and Technology Leader with strong background of successfully running Salesforce Business Units with global companies in the past. He has spent more than 20 years in the IT industry across various organizations and leadership roles with relevant experience in running end to end business execution of projects with different complexity, customer industry, geography, products and delivery models.

Nishma brings over 20 years of experience into IT Consulting and Services with large and reputed companies like KPMG, Fidelity Investments, Capgemini, Oracle Financial Services and others with specialized focus on Salesforce ecosystem for over 13 years. She has immense experience of various Salesforce products, has earned over 21 Salesforce certifications and has led projects for global customers spanning Healthcare, Financial Services, Banking and Media etc.

Nishma leads the Salesforce Services segment within CloudNiche along with a strong portfolio of life coaching and mentorship programs.
